I think the Rhode Island house is gorgeous except, at that price point, I would suggest they hire a home stager to stage the home. I think it would sell faster. I think it helps define the spaces so buyers don’t have to guess what each room is used for or how to arrange the furniture. I can’t imagine having a 10 bedroom house. I wonder, was it ever used as a rooming house or a bed and breakfast?
The Sands Point NY one is beautiful and decorated to perfection. Not even a pillow out of place!

Well they all are lovely but my heart has been captured by the white house in Little Rock, and the little white house in Michigan! Both very cute, classy & cozy!

What a wonderful way to spend my Sunday after knee replacement surgery! Your readers have wonderful homes…every one of them!
The one in Ida, MI is not too far from me, and I just love it. I bet it’s very lovely in the summer when it’s all blooming! I would buy it in a heartbeat if it had a first floor laundry!
I also love the Sand Point home. I would be a happy camper there!
Hugs!

Love, love, love the Rhode Island home. Being Aussie and with our real estate prices so overly inflated it`s a steal, is that price right?
The little house in Michigan the photos were all grainy? (or was that just my monitor) Why cant agents get that right, taking clear photos isn`t rocket science.
Again being aussie …. what were they thinking with the fly slat doors on the wardrobes on the house in Western Australia, that`s just tacky, very nouveau burbs

Great houses! My favorites are the Ranch house in NY and the Historical 1800′s house in Rhode Island. Both are nice in their own ways, but if I had to choose one, it would probably be the ranch house. It would make a great family home, if it wasn’t so expensive.

All beautiful homes! I got a chuckle out of the lady hiding in the garden in #6 (in the picture of the back patio area) I had to do a double take. LOL

Love the Rhode island house. Of course I am biased being from ri. I just wish it was about thirty minutes North. But of course then it would be 3.8M
Love to see what’s selling around the world. I wonder how many of your featured houses have sold? I know mine did, thanks again!

Got a little chuckle from the ad for the RI home. On the home page, under the contact info, “Principles only”. I surely qualify to email the owner because I am honest and have a high code of ethics!! :-)
