Hi Julia ~ Thanks for hosting the Hooked on Fridays! I’ll look forward to these. I won’t do the Fall decorating one because I really don’t do much for Fall worth showing off, but I will participate in the Holiday one. I love decorating the house {inside and out} for Christmas!
Oh, you can plan on me being here for both parties!!
I try to decorate for Christmas right after Thanksgiving. My oldest’s bday is the first week in Dec. I know I won’t get to decorating after her birthday, so I get it done earlier to minimize stress. Makes for interesting birthday parties.

I’ve marked it on my calendar, too – although I predict I’ll be doing more than one post on the goings on here at Christmas.
Thank you, Julia, for giving me this to look forward to. There have been a lot of deaths and departures among our friends and family, and as the kids are older now and I’ve stopped hosting the kiddy Christmas parties for all their friends, I sometimes get sad at the thought of fewer folk visiting at Christmas. Blogging, and having friends like you, has made me appreciate belonging to a cyber community of folk who appreciate each other’s efforts.
