Hey, guys, just a quick note to let you know Hooked on Houses was accepted on the Delightful Blogs Directory recently. Yay.
If you’re not familiar with DB, it’s a directory of blogs that the editors deem “delightful” on creative topics such as home and garden, design, style, and fashion. It’s basically a way to help people find the good stuff out there on the Internet.
Readers can rate the blogs from 1-10 (1= dud and 10 = delightful), as well as leave comments about them. So far I have no ratings or comments since I just got listed, and my page is looking pretty sad, like I have no friends.
If you like my blog, I hope you’ll hop on over to the Delightful Blogs site and give Hooked on Houses some love (click here). On the other hand, if you don’t particularly care for this site, then forget I said anything . . .

Oh, my gosh, you guys. I just went over to check my page over at Delightful Blogs and couldn’t believe my eyes. I went from absolutely no ratings at all to 17 of them in two days, and they were all 10s! WOW.

P.S. If you left a comment on the site and it didn’t show up yet, don’t worry. They take forever to approve them over there. I’ve left comments about blogs that didn’t appear for weeks. I left two for one blog I really like, thinking the first must not have gone through. So now I’m going to look like a dope when the second one pops up.
