The Belvedere: Luxury Apartment Building from 1925

The Belvedere, one of the first luxury apartment buildings in Cincinnati, reeks of Jazz Age glamor. The high rise was constructed in North Avondale in 1925 and was one of the stops on the home tour we went on last weekend.

Vera Wang’s Oceanfront Villa in Palm Beach

Vera Wang’s historic oceanfront villa is on the market in Palm Beach for $19 million. The mansion was designed in 1923 by famed society architect Addison Mizner, and the town of Palm Beach has declared it a local landmark.
