Plenty of singers and other celebrities own homes in Franklin, which is a short drive from Nashville.

Listing agent Jennifer Wray tells me, “There is a Habiframe tornado shelter in the home. The home is on city sewer and not septic, which is rare on 5 acres. A convenient second floor laundry chute leads to the laundry room. And it’s minutes to America’s favorite Downtown Franklin Main Street, Cool springs shopping and interstate into downtown Nashville.”
The location really is hard to beat. I spent a week in Franklin last year and just got back from Nashville, and I love them both. I could easily be tempted to move to the area!
