I am a custom home designer and am finishing up an e-book, “101 Great Home Design Ideas for Custom Homes, Remodels and Additions.” It is a “no frills” download that lists some of the great ideas that I have found over the past 12 years designing and drawing home plans. One of my clients turned me on to your site several months ago and I love it. Your site would be the perfect place for me to advertise. What are your rates?

Thank you,
Jim

Hello,

My name is Amy Raugust and I am working at a company called Boy Wonder Productions. We are currently casting for the next season of the DIY network’s hit show “10 Grand in Your Hand” http://www.diynetwork.com/10-grand-in-your-hand/show/index.html. We are looking for people within 50 miles of New York City who are planning renovations on their homes within the late summer/ early fall. As your site appeals to people who are researching ideas and trends in home improvement, I am reaching out to inquire about possibly posting a casting call somewhere on your site. If you are interested, please email me at amy@boywonderproductions.net so that I may provide you with more information regarding this exciting opportunity for your readers.

Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you,

Sincerely,

Amy Raugust

Hi Julia, I am a custom home designer/drafter and think it would be great if I could advertise on this wonderful site! I share your (and your readers’) enthusiasm for beautiful homes, and would love to make as many people’s dreams about their dream homes come true! Please email me about rates!

p.s.
have you ever considered the house on Beethoven? I think it would be a good one to explore further, and what about the one in Homeward Bound 2 (in San Fransisco)? Also, the home in Mrs. Doubtfire is beautiful!

I love your site so much!! I was wondering if you had any plans on doing a feauture on the movie Sweet Home Alabama after Reese Witherspoon’s charachter redecorated the old cottage her and her ex used to live in. I always loved the way it was decorated. So cozy!!

Hi Julia,
Love your site, we were the architects for the movie house in Housesitter. Can we advertise? It is a long story how this house became the movie house and we get requests for it but the actual house was the winner of “Best Small House 1990″ for House Beautiful magazine and slightly different.
Look forward to hearing from you.
