]]> By: Brandy http://hookedonhouses.net/2012/03/02/on-a-personal-note-5-things-behind-the-scenes/comment-page-1/#comment-451691 Brandy Sun, 04 Mar 2012 05:22:42 +0000 http://hookedonhouses.net/?p=39242#comment-451691 When you come down to the ATL you have to check out some of our more unique neighborhoods and cities–Buckhead (Northern part of the city) has the jaw-dropping mansions with a heavy dose of cottage charm tossed in, Decatur (a separate city a little to the East but still inside the Perimeter) has a ton of 1920′s era storybook homes, and Newnan (30ish minutes to the southwest) has the most gorgeous antebellum homes preserved due to the town’s being spared by Sherman’s torch. You could do an entire week of posts on Newnan’s homes and history.
