this reminds me of something between a cottage and a castle….it’s almost like what i pictured cinderella’s home to look like in real life – before she met the prince and ran off to her happy ending. i especially love the vanity in the bathroom – such a unique detail!

It’s kinda nice once in a while to see a house that’s so far out of your price range, and yet you don’t swoon over it. I love fairytale style on the outside, but the interiors on this don’t quite follow through for me. Kinda tudor/spanish/hotel mix. Love the stone wall idea, but with one stone on the wall, a different on the floor and a third on the counter plus ornate cabinets w/an odd layout: is a lot going on. I’m sure limestone FPs cost a lot but the LR FP seems undersized/builder style which really stuck out to me, another FP is contemporary. The styles just don’t quite flow and a bit too much hardscape for my taste…whew, finally get to save a few mil for once, lol.

What a lovely house. It reminds me of my own, a mix of rustic and elegant. Stone work and wood. But she’s achieved what I pull my hair out trying to imagine doing for my own.

What a beautiful rambling ranch, with just the right amount of rustic. I sold a lot of her bedding sets in a baby boutique I worked in 10 years ago…so I kinda feel like i helped contribute to this house, HA!

I love this place. It’s so much of California of my childhood memories. It’s on such a beautiful piece and land. I’m a sucker for stone work, and this really is pretty. There might be a color or two I would change, but I would have to cover those windows before I could take a bath! I don’t care how private it is! LOL!
