it is a foreclosure. the listing agent took those photos to prove the bank that the cabinets were empty and the house had been winterized. They were then too lazy to go back and get new ones for MLS.

Makes you wonder if they bombed the place to get rid of some type of rodent, like roaches or bedbugs. Ewwww!

Funny and just awful!! No class at all. I wouldn’t want to even go into there .. unless I needed a good laugh.. It screams nightmare from hell.. No way, no thanks and they need to learn to take clear photos with absolutely no TOILET SHOTS!! What were they thinking? Imagine.. I was watching the royal wedding and there are William and Catherine, just married with such highly regal circumstances.. She’s in a stunning Rolls Royce with her father.. the queen, Rolls as well, her mother a Jaguar, Bentley’s you name it.. all British names.. The end of the wedding is Prince William and his new bride driving away in an Astin Martin I believe.. only to retreat to this DUMP for their SECRET whereabouts of their honeymoon!! ugh!! It’s just humorous because you know the monarchy is worth billions.. I’m sure they’ll never see a sight like this.. hopefully none of the commoners like ourselves, according to British rule will ever either.. ugh!!

So funny. One of my most annoying pet peeves is brokers who leave the toilet seat up during an open house. Obviously not nearly as crazy of an infraction as these photos but really, how hard is it to close the lid.
