Julia…I loved several of your links…but am listening now to the SRT roundtable discussion. I started feeling all defensive on your behalf once they mentioned your blog, but I’ve calmed down a little bit now. I understand that we all have people that we look up to, whether in blog world or in “real” life. I think the human condition is such that we are always looking at others and being tempted to want what they’ve got…to keep up with the Joneses, etc. It’s a human impulse that we all must fight. You were so right when you said that there will always be bigger blogs out there, there will always be more famous writers, etc. I choose to try and learn from those blogs and their authors – they’ve gotten “big” for good reason – and leave it at that. Jealousy is not unique to blogging…we’ve got to fight that green monster every day in many ways.

Thanks Julia….I especially enjoyed the HGTV Dream Houses….I can’t believe Maine was in 2001 that’s how long I have been entering…I thought for sure I was going to win the one in the Keys..LOL…well really not LOL I wanted it !!!

And SRT that was terrific…..i know Joni has been visted by an Anon wack-o…love her blog !!!

Have a fab upcoming week….we had some nice weather here thank goodness after all the rain last week-end…I hope it’s nice in your neck of the woods

I am headed to bed…..I have to admit I am upset about the Healtcare that is being forced on us….never thought I’d live to see this day !!! Oh well..I do believe everything happens for a reason….

Hi Julia thats it I’m moving to Atlanta I know its a long trip well only dreamin for now those lotto numbers are elusive for all of us. One can only dream for now.
