We’re at the point where we need to take that champagne bucket(gorgeous) and the flutes, put the kids to bed early and retreat to the bedroom for Valentines Day. Wink Wink. After 16 yrs of wedded bliss, (yeah, all 16 yrs, pure bliss… not) a little romance is the perfect gift. I do love the kid’s art on canvas. Now our anniversary… that’s a different story.
Antique books! Champagne! Romance. You gotta love some romance at Valentine’s Day.
It’s a funny thing: I was supposed to host a baby shower at my house a couple of weeks ago, but had to postpone it because of snow. Now it will take place this weekend. Makes me think of Dave Barry’s book Babies and Other Hazards of Sex. Romance, love, marriage. . . kids!
By the way, I love your kid’s art. Excellent taste you have.
I love the hand blown champagne glasses! I’ve always wanted to learn to do glass work. On a trip to the San Juan Islands a year or two ago, I couldn’t get out of all the glass studios. Love it!

Some many choices…so little time! I’ve always believed that Valentines day was all about ME , isn’t that how it’s supposed to be? LOL!
I got my Valentine of 44 years a red notebook computer this year, I’m hoping for some perfume. We normally don’t make a big deal out of Valentines day, we’d rather show it all year long. Every once and a while we throw a gift in just to keep that surprise element going.
