Oh, I’m giving an amen on that house, I’ll have in my stocking too! LOL, but I would add a spiral stair to a small thrid floor with master suite, and make it a four bedroom.

I would take anything from the Restoration Hardware store myself. Their furniture wows me but it’s pretty far from my price range. I’ve been following your blog for a while (I’ve always had a thing for houses), but this is the first time I’m commenting…because I just couldn’t believe when I read this post and you had the Comstock homeplan on your wishlist! Before my husband and I bought our current home (yeah, we couldn’t build) I coveted this house plan too! Not too big, not too small…just love it! And love your blog…when I read it I feel like I’m reading a letter from a kindred spirit. Keep up the awesome work and I hope Santa is great to you this holiday!
