The only things the new owner actually did was add new flooring and better furnishings. Architecturally, the house was already beautiful...anyone could have done this. Usually I see makeovers here that really make me appreciate the new homeowner's personality and eye towards detail...but this was very unoriginal, and to be honest it feels sterile and boring.
