They used a vacation home just a few doors down from our condo in a development called Hampton Colony for the interior shots. The exterior shots were of Serendipity in the Outer Banks. The one in Topsail is intact and fine, the one for the exterior shots, Serendipity was the one that was at risk of collapse. By the way, love your site!
