I knew I wanted to decorate my home office just like the Something's Gotta Give house, and was at the fabric store trying to get the colors right from memory. On a whim, I googled and I found your blog. Thank you!

Does anyone know what sheets they used in the master bedroom? In that scene where Harry is "trying to sleep" with Erica, the sheets look so comfortable and luxurious. I'd love to own sheets like that! :-)

Hi,

I had a rug made exactly like the one in the movie 'Somethings Gotta Give with Jack Nicholson & Diane Keaton. I have never used it and it is new. We had it made for a house we never moved into so it has just stayed in storage. It is a 12ft by 18ft large Dhurry Handmade rug. Its giant & 100% cotton flatweave and exactly made and inspired by the movie Something's Gotta Give.

It is absolutely gorgeous! I am looking to sell it as unfortunately it is just too big for where we live. I was wondering if any of you are interested? Or anyone you know. I live in the UK but will arrange postage with anyone who is interested and keep the price as economical as possible. Please let me know if any of you are interested here is my email address and I am happy to send any of you pictures: bencaring@hotmail.com

I look forward to hearing from you,

Kind Regards,

Ben

Here are some further details:

· Product Width (in.) : 144.0 in

Beth, I read that same article regarding Diane Keaton and the kitchen in Something's." She also noted that women come up to her all of the time and mention how much they love the kitchen.

What I love about this house and the decor is the use of white with the black accents. The black and white is also used in Keaton's wardrobe and the beach glass they find together. The dishes against the white wall are so beautiful. Top of the heap!

I just read an article in a magazine in which Diane Keaton said her all-time favorite kitchen in the one in her movie "Somethings Gotta Give"! I agree and have obsessed over this house since the movie's debut!

I too am obsessed with this movie. I've watched it so many times, even pausing to take in every detail of the rooms,I can practically recite the dialog before the actors. After first watching it the first time, one of the things that caught my eye was the silver shade candlestick lamp in the bedroom,(I think there are two shown actually)I've searched for several years trying to find out where or if it is available for purchase.I decided to try once again, when I came upon your blog asking about the lamp also.I must admit I too am surprised no one else has ever mentioned it.It looks like one of those rare antipue finds. It's now 2011 & I'm still searching.....did you have any luck? I'd love to know.
