I would be interested to know whether or not the house is still listed with the same Realtor? It has been my experience that the first Realtor in these situations will make the suggestions to neutralize and de-clutter, the homeowner will take it personally and then list with someone else at which point the suggestions will be made again, the price will be lowered and the house will sell.

I cannot get over that purple door... wow!!! The new paint job is certainly going to help. Wow! This is the perfect example of, “Great place to visit, but I wouldn’t want to live there.” My own house is taupe and white like the “after” pictures. At the end of the day, my confused and messy mind craves an oasis of clean, uncluttered simplicity.

However. I would love, love, love to be friends with the Puple Angel Lady! I would like to visit for tea and examine every little angel and all the unique decorating touches. Dee-lightful!
