Wishing all of my American readers a Happy 4th of July Weekend! We’ll be spending the day with our extended family. Tomorrow we’re celebrating my grandma Hazel’s 92nd birthday, so there will be lots of partying going on around here. I’ll be back to regular posts on Monday.

Happy 4th to all and Happy Birthday Grandma Hazel!
My two grandmas lived to be 92 and 93, and it is amazing to think the technological marvels they had seen in their lifetime. My mom’s mom was completely fascinated by the internet and email, she would have loved the idea of blogging and the virtual “visiting” it represents.
