I just watched it today (bless you TiVo). I love me some Vern Yip. I also adore Clive. The BFF’s painting the table nearly killed me. The sunroom was horrible. It should have been a light, airy relaxing room. Instead it turned out to be a hot mess. This show could only be improved by a guest appearance from Tim Gunn. The upstairs bedroom was so horrible it made my eyes ache. The platform bed was amazing. I wonder if they fought over who got the top bunk? Great recap. You could write for Television WIthout Pity.

Liked the blue. Even liked the chocolate room. I think I would call it a game room instead of a sun room though.

I live in Nashville, and the store where they got that table is awesome. It has a bunch of crap, but it also has gems like the tree table that you’d never find at anywhere else, especially at prices like that. I died a little, too, when they painted over that big, beautiful thing. But what was with all the crying? I was just waiting for her to bust out, “Guuuyyys, why can’t we all just get alooOOOoong???”

Marie, Food Network Star has been going on for a little while, though I couldn’t tell you how long. I watched for the first time last night too.

I think that the only reason that Tracee is still there is because bow tie guys room was so incredibly awful-awful-awful. It was funny though that the things she was “completely against” were the things the judges loved and the things that she really pushed for were the things that the judges hated (brown sunroom, pool table). Did she not watch last year and how creative they thought that Todd’s half-pipe was?

I think that Tracee will be this seasons Robb but he lasted for quite a while. I really liked the BFF’s but painting that table? If you’re going to go through the trouble to buy a 1,000 pound tree for a table, you should leave said tree alone. And the mantle for that matter. I liked most of that room but they really botched the table and mantle. I could get really obsessed with this
