The Rose Hill house just feels like home when you walk up on that porch. I can tell you that the white bathroom isn’t original but redesigned to appear that way. The kitchen is also a redesign based on the original butler’s pantry cabinet (it’s the replica cabinet with the glass doors) but what a great job they did! Can you believe the house also came with the original blueprints. It was so impressive we bought it. It’s kinda cool to find your home online and hear how much others enjoy seeing it. Thanks Julia!

I love ALL of them. The inside of the first house surprised me.
I guess I was expecting a more antique inside, not a modern inside. The inside second the house was really neat inside.
Its set up really different, especially the bathrooms. But,
for some reason, it makes me feel charmed and fascinated.

I can see by these pictures that we need to move to Cincy! Those gorgeous old homes aren’t priced much higher than what you’d pay for a tiny 1970′s townhome here.

I love the first one for sale…it seems so warm. I do love the cabinets in the breakfast room of the second for sale one also.

Home alone had a house like that, I do believe. And Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.

Those bathrooms are in such great shape, I LOVE old bathrooms…actually i LOVE all bathrooms..when I go to someone’s home it’s the one room I defintiely have to visit before I leave and not for the reason they’re intended lol

SOLD…I want the last one. I will change the kitchen floor, but other than that I am movin’ in and lovin’ it!! Plus for that price it seems a steal compared to prices here!
