Melinda–notice that I cropped the photo so you can’t see all the stuff on the floor! Ha. Did anyone notice the old schoolhouse-style pencil sharpener hanging next to the door? I love that. It’s got to be at least 50 years old.

I LOVE red tiole! As a matter of fact I have red toile in the fabrics in my kitchen. That mud room looks amazing. I love old farmhouses also. I have too I live in one,lol.

I know, Marie. They really just don’t do door and window casings like they used to! She’s got amazing crown moldings and trims still in their original turquoise color throughout the house, too. Maybe I can get a picture of those next time I’m there.
